Biographical Sketch:
Dr. Jeff B. Langman is an Associate Professor of Hydrogeochemistry in the Department of Earth and Spatial Sciences at the University of Idaho. His research areas include metal mobility in aqueous environments, sulfide mineral weathering and the shrinking core model, hydrogeology and environmental geochemistry of mine sites, isotope geochemistry and the tracing of source waters in aquifer systems. His research focuses on metal mobility in mining-impacted environments, particularly acid-generating systems.
