Dr. Timothy E. Link is a Professor of Forest Hydrology in the Department of Forest, Rangeland, and Fire Sciences at the University of Idaho, where he also directs the Water Resources Graduate Program. With a Ph.D. in Environmental Sciences/Water Resources from Oregon State University, Dr. Link’s research program explores snow hydrology, vegetation-hydrology interactions, and the effects of forest management and climate change on watershed processes. His interdisciplinary work integrates field measurements, modeling, and remote sensing, and has resulted in over 100 peer-refereed publications. His collaborations span academia, government agencies, and industry. Dr. Link’s leadership and scholarship continue to shape fundamental and applied environmental and water science in the context of changing landscapes and climate.
